Solution Area PDG EB (BSCS)) provides a leading Business & Operations Support Systems portfolio with superior customer experience by aligning architecture, products, services, roadmaps, and commercial structure.
PDG EB (BSCS) develops and maintains state-of-the-art Ericsson-owned products within the Business & Operations Support Systems portfolio. The unit consists of strong independent Product Development Units, each focusing on end-to-end product development of a specific part of the overall portfolio, with aligned flows, tools, and processes, providing superior customer experience by alignment of BOS's overall architecture and products, ways of working, roadmaps, and commercial structures.
We are looking for Development Product Owner in Product Development Unit Ericsson Billing, PDU EB. The position is a Junior Developmeny Product Owner in PDG EB office who will primarily be managing operational metrices, KPI and reporting to PDU Program Manager supporting to track projects, releases activities and process improvements. This role requires in managing projects across multiple time zones and multiple cultures. Leadership, proactivity, communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills will be the key success factors for this position.
What you will do:
- Support of metrics including time, quality and scope for the development cycle.
- Establish dashboards to track KPI / metrices for the products from the PDU.
- Support the product release readiness in terms of Process and tools.
- Execute project plan, monitor and control as well as subsequent reporting on progress in the most efficient way to achieve the project objectives.
- Be a contributor in PDU for continuous learning and improvement in ways of working, Artificial Intelligence use, process and tooling.
The skills you bring:
- Project management in software engineering expertise.
- Knowledge in managing projects using tools such as JIRA and Confluence, as well as experience with data analytics platforms like PowerBI or EazyBI, is highly valued.
- Understanding of cloud native software development through its complete lifecycle.
- Resource / Budget management.
- Risk management.
- Advanced or fluent English level
