Job Description:
As a Development Intern, you will support the pursuit of new business and the execution of Ryan-owned and third-party owned development and construction projects.
Some things you can expect to do:
Market research
Organizing project information, communication and meetings
Preparing deal approval packages for the board of directors and management teams
Assisting in site evaluation and acquisition and LOI/Lease negotiations
Assistance in coordinating tenant improvement construction projects
Supporting the entitlement process
Involvement in creating development proposals and simple to complex development proforma
Job Requirements:
You must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in real estate or finance or related fields.
You will really stand out if you:
Are extremely well-organized.
Have the ability to implement development tasks on multiple development projects with moderate supervision from associate or senior development staff.
Communicate clearly.
Demonstrate entry-level presentation skillset.
Display relationship building skillset.
Collaborate well.
