Role: Development Engineer 3 -PTH Job Location: Manesar

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting, interpreting and analyzing lab and pilot line tests for development projects in the area of wet chemical processes (Desmear and metallization) and electroplating.
  • Planning and execution of sample plating, piloting alpha and beta sites
  • Develop and test process chemistry in (pilot scale), determine process parameters, analyze, document and report the results to R&D in HQ.
  • Recording and documentation of test results in form of reports, presentations.
  • Support the product testing and introduction rollout at the customer site globally.
  • Assuring standard process procedures according to quality and environmental regulations.
  • Cooperating in internal and external training measures.
  • Providing support in applications engineering.
  • Ensure workplace organization according to 5 S.
     

Qualifications / professional experience

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree ( chemistry or chemical engineering, surface engineering or comparable qualification.
  • 5 + year of experience in in electroplating or Chemicals or Paints Industry
