- Master of Science (M.S.) degree in a relevant discipline.
- Three or more years of experience in a relevant industry.
- One or more of the following skills is desirable:
- Effective quantitative interpretation skills with the ability to work independently.
- Experience in well planning and execution to support drilling operations.
- Experience building integrated, regionally consistent, core-, well-, and seismic-constrained interpretations.
- Experience with one or more of the following software:
- Kingdom
- Petra
- Petrel
- Ability to independently integrate geoscience skills and knowledge, varied datasets, analogs, and ideas to solve geological problems that support the business.
- Sound judgment, timeliness, and aptitude in the application of geoscience tools and techniques.
- Desire to maintain a competitive advantage by leveraging prior experience.
- Unconventional reservoir experience preferred.
- Permian Basin experience desired.
