Lead a shift operations team to meet production, quality, and safety targets. Make operational decisions, guide troubleshooting and emergency response, oversee SSHE and OIMS activities, mentor staff, coordinate shifts, manage contractor performance, and participate in turnarounds and unit modifications to ensure reliable, cost-effective operations.

Provide technical leadership and support for reservoir management: develop and run dynamic reservoir models and simulation studies, evaluate PVT/SCAL/relative permeability data, assess depletion and acquisition plans, support drilling and facilities, mentor junior engineers, document results, and present findings to management and stakeholders.

Lead project schedule development, control, progress measurement, analysis, and forecasting. Assess contractor schedules, develop Level 1/2 integrated schedules, recommend corrective actions, integrate changes, and support progress measurement and reporting. Steward contractor project controls, ensure compliance with procedures, and mentor scheduling staff while coordinating stakeholders and promoting capital efficiency.

Serve as the front-end integrator for upstream unconventional well pads, facilities, and infrastructure. Lead early planning and scope definition, align stakeholders, develop technical bases and permitting strategies, evaluate options for capital-efficient development, and ensure smooth handoff into execution. Support decision reviews, coordinate cross-functional inputs, and drive improvements to front-end processes and tools.

Support early development of brownfield upstream unconventional facility and infrastructure projects by verifying existing conditions, evaluating reuse opportunities, developing execution and constructability plans, producing field documentation (redlined P&IDs, plot plans, routing layouts), identifying safety and permitting needs, coordinating stakeholders, and preparing handoff packages for Project Execution.

Install, align, and fit steel components using bolts and blueprints; operate rigging and cranes; cut, bend, and weld steel; check alignment with levels/lasers; follow supervisor directions and safety procedures on a direct carbon capture plant project.

Support SSHE stewardship for Tioga Gas Plant and Williston operations, developing training, safety plans, contractor reviews, PSM and work-management support, compiling SSHE metrics, and spending the majority of time in-field coordinating with operations, contractors, and regional SSHE advisors.

Develop and maintain 2D engineering drawings (PFDs, P&IDs, one-lines, layouts, isometrics, details). Review and revise drawings to standards, coordinate across disciplines, support document control and database administration, communicate with engineers and contractors, and manage drawing revisions and reporting to meet project deadlines.

Provide instrumentation, controls, and electrical engineering support for Midland Basin production facilities, including specification, installation, troubleshooting, commissioning, compliance, HAZOP/incident participation, Management of Change, brownfield/greenfield project support, and review of IC&E deliverables and drawings.

Provide instrumentation and controls engineering support for upstream oil and gas facilities: perform field walks, create IC&E drawing markups, route MOCs, troubleshoot and optimize PLC/DCS/SCADA and LV/MV electrical systems, support installations/commissioning, participate in HAZOPs and incident investigations, and prepare/review P&IDs, one-lines, control narratives, wiring and loop diagrams.

Provide data-quality management and engineering technician support for Wells Servicing. Perform well-history reviews, wellbore schematic management, AFE routing, and ad hoc analysis. Define requirements, build and maintain Power BI dashboards, develop analytics solutions, and communicate findings. Maintain documentation for data processes, models, and reports.
