Serves as the WellView subject matter expert across field and office environments, supports onboarding and training tracking, improves well data quality, and provides 24/7 callout support, including limited IT backup.

Coordinates project quality assurance for oil and gas production facility construction projects. Responsibilities include implementing quality plans, auditing contractors and suppliers, monitoring surveillance and inspection programs, reviewing quality systems and metrics, training staff, resolving quality issues, coordinating audits, and supporting procurement, construction, completions, and operations turnover documentation. Requires extensive field construction quality experience, project quality systems expertise, auditing experience, and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Supports safety, security, health, and environmental programs across gas plants and compressor station operations. Responsibilities include developing training and communications, reviewing contractor safety plans, conducting risk assessments, coordinating environmental and industrial hygiene plans, analyzing SSHE performance metrics, supporting process safety management and work-management processes, and implementing safety programs in field operations. The role is more than 50% field-based throughout the Tioga and Williston operating area.

Provides administrative support for approximately 60 employees, including complex calendar management for managers, meeting scheduling across teams and time zones, office and meeting logistics, distribution-list maintenance, supply ordering, records management, and new-hire onboarding coordination.

Install, align, and fit steel components using bolts and blueprints; operate rigging and cranes; cut, bend, and weld steel; check alignment with levels/lasers; follow supervisor directions and safety procedures on a direct carbon capture plant project.

Provides field-based HSE oversight for active construction activities, conducting inspections, hazard assessments, safety observations, orientations, toolbox talks, and incident investigations. Monitors compliance with OSHA and project requirements, coordinates corrective actions, supports emergency procedures and HSE documentation, and exercises stop-work authority for serious hazards. Works closely with crews, supervisors, contractors, and project management while maintaining a consistent site presence under a demanding 13-on, 1-off schedule.

Manage assigned client accounts, including billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable support, payroll processing, invoice and timesheet verification, compliance documentation, and personnel records. Communicate with clients, employees, consultants, and internal teams; resolve discrepancies; maintain Excel trackers and reports; support audits; and meet recurring deadlines while handling confidential financial and employee information.
