Manages competing priorities across concurrent $10–$20 million projects and promotes capital-efficient, constructible solutions for unconventional development.

Leads front-end planning and technical scope development for upstream oil and gas well pads, facilities, flowlines, gathering systems, and related infrastructure. Coordinates engineering, permitting, regulatory, land, operations, project controls, procurement, and execution stakeholders. Develops technical bases, evaluates alternatives, supports cost estimates and schedules, identifies risks, and prepares projects for design, construction, commissioning, and startup. Ensures clear documentation, stakeholder alignment, decision quality, and execution-ready handoffs.

Supports early development and execution planning for greenfield and brownfield upstream facilities. Responsibilities include verifying existing facilities, evaluating reuse opportunities, developing process designs and execution plans, identifying tie-ins and constructability risks, overseeing engineering contractors, supporting safety reviews and permitting, and preparing technical documentation for project handoff. The role also coordinates with Operations, Construction, Project Controls, Procurement, and Regulatory teams, mentors junior engineers, and assists with commissioning, startup, and continuous improvement.

Manages EPC contractor logistics and materials management, including shipment scheduling, order entry, customer communications, planning meetings, and coordination with logistics and project teams. Provides in-country functional support at project sites and interfaces with contractors, managers, clients, and customers. Requires logistics, construction, safety, and procurement experience, a technical bachelor’s degree, strong communication skills, basic mathematical abilities, and intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency.

Leads instrumentation and controls engineering for upstream projects, overseeing contractors, standards, design reviews, commissioning, acceptance testing, cost estimating, scheduling, and technical deliverables. Reviews instrumentation and low-voltage electrical designs up to 480V, participates in HAZOP and LOPA reviews, selects and specifies instrumentation, and supports safe, reliable operation of production facilities. Requires strong I&C expertise, upstream experience, engineering judgment, contractor oversight, and proficiency with SAP, Excel, Tableau, and Microsoft Office.

Manage assigned client accounts, including billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable support, payroll processing, invoice and timesheet verification, compliance documentation, and personnel records. Communicate with clients, employees, consultants, and internal teams; resolve discrepancies; maintain Excel trackers and reports; support audits; and meet recurring deadlines while handling confidential financial and employee information.
