Manage assigned client accounts with primary responsibility for payroll, billing, Accounts Receivable, and related administrative processes. Works closely with crews, supervisors, contractors, and project management while maintaining a consistent site presence under a demanding 13-on, 1-off schedule.

Leads electrical engineering teams supporting utility-style distribution, transmission, substations, primary power, and high-voltage projects. Provides technical oversight, develops construction packages, reviews contractor and vendor deliverables, evaluates compliance with standards and codes, and supports field execution. The role requires regular travel between Spring and Midland, Texas, including work in active construction environments. Responsibilities include reviewing equipment and installations, developing fuse and transformer settings, coordinating stakeholders, and communicating project progress, risks, and technical issues.

Develops field-scale reservoir characterizations, evaluates appraisal and development opportunities, integrates seismic, well, core, fluid, and geological data, and supports drilling and well-planning programs. Collaborates with multidisciplinary engineering teams to create subsurface interpretations, assess risks and uncertainties, plan developments, mature prospects, and guide business investment decisions. The role requires quantitative geoscience judgment and experience with tools such as Kingdom, Petra, or Petrel. Unconventional reservoir and Permian Basin experience are preferred.

Leads IC&E workflow execution across oil and gas assets, overseeing Cause and Effects, single-line drawings, powerline mapping, and relay-setting deliverables. Responsibilities include cost, schedule, and progress tracking; contractor coordination and site access; deliverable quality reviews; Conditions of Satisfaction approval; site pack development; and coordination among operations, automation, electrical, engineering, and asset teams. The role also ensures applicable OIMS change-management and documentation requirements are integrated.

Leads front-end development and execution planning for upstream oil and gas well pads, facilities, flowlines, gathering systems, and infrastructure. Integrates engineering, operations, subsurface, regulatory, land, project controls, procurement, and execution stakeholders. Develops scopes, technical bases, cost estimates, schedules, permitting strategies, risk assessments, stage-gate deliverables, and execution handoffs. Evaluates alternatives, supports capital-efficient decisions, improves project-development workflows, and promotes readiness for engineering, construction, commissioning, startup, and operations.

The field-based role requires Haynesville or Eagle Ford basin experience and strong production engineering expertise.
