Job DescriptionTo support the development function of the Vietnam, Thailand Laos and Cambodia development teams with the objective of profitable, sustainable growth of Accor Brands throughout our Indochina sub region.
The position is responsible for managing new leads, conducting project/financial feasibility studies, Project Validation, projections, KYC (Know your Customer) and supporting the senior Developers in negotiation of franchise and management contracts.
This position is indirectly linked to the growth of Accor hotel network in the respective Region.
QualificationsBachelor in Finance or Hospitality Management or Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Accounting and minimum of 2 year experience.
•Strong English and Vietnamese language ability both spoken and written
•Strong computer skills with an emphasis on spreadsheet (Excel) modeling & PowerPoint
•Solid interpersonal skills, good communication skills and a professional manner
•Basic knowledge of the lodging and hospitality industry, hotel management or franchise agreements, as well as investment principles with relevant experience in the hotel and/or commercial real estate industries.
•Ability to work independently and prioritize projects
•Flexible and able to embrace and respond to changes effectively
•Evidence of financial and analytical acumen
•Ability to display initiative under dynamic environment
Additional Information•Knowledge of MS Outlook, MS Office Suite, AutoCAD, Sketch-up (Intermediate)
