The opportunity
What you'll be doing
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for strategic partners, delivering timely and accurate support across all supported products and platforms
- Investigate complex technical issues end-to-end — identifying root causes, forming hypotheses, and driving solutions using diagnostic and analysis tooling
- Own and drive high-profile technical escalations, coordinating across R&D and Product Management to reach resolution
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams, providing structured product feedback and behavioral clarifications
- Prioritize and manage a queue of concurrent customer issues with professionalism and accountability
- Create and maintain knowledge articles and internal documentation to scale team expertise.
What we're looking for
- 2–4 years of experience in a technical role (technical support, solutions engineering, QA, software development, or similar)
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or related experience
- Strong technical problem-solving skills — ability to trace system and application flows, dive deep into ambiguous issues, and identify root cause
- Comfortable working independently with high personal accountability and a positive, professional attitude
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Hands-on experience with SQL, Excel, and data analysis
- Familiarity with mobile IDEs — Xcode, Android Studio, or Unity3D
Nice to Have
- Experience with diagnostic tools such as Kibana, Charles Proxy, Wireshark, or Postman
- Basic knowledge of Java, Objective-C, or C#
- Hands-on experience with LLM tools such as Claude, Cursor, or Codex
- Base Salary Range: ¥298,100 – ¥529,900 CNY gross
This range reflects the anticipated base salary for this position. Beyond base salary, this role may be eligible for equity awards and participation in our company incentive plans (such as annual discretionary bonuses or sales commissions). The final offer amount will depend on several factors, including geographic location and the candidate’s relevant experience, professional background, and skill set.
