Job Summary:
You have automation experience that covers business acumen, time management skills and a passion for learning. You’re adept at process assessments, and you understand applications of IA in different business domains. You can communicate complex concepts while managing client expectations and conveying the strength and benefits of various automation technologies for our clients. You will also have:
- Hands-on experience in Tungsten(formerly Kofax) RPA/KTA, and deep understanding of technology and implementation concepts
- Experience in supporting client facing solutions and delivery
- Uses considerable judgment to refine solutions and seeks guidance on complex problems
- Strong problem solving and design skills
- Exposure to attended automation and AI platforms including but not limited to MS Cognitive Services
Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with our IA architects, senior developers and process owners to translate the customer's business requirements to define IA value proposition and solution scope
- Estimate level of effort and work within timelines to complete automation projects
- Partner closely with business analysts, senior developers, and process owners to design and develop process optimization and automation solutions that will suit business needs
- Work within best practices with IA developers and project management
- Help maintain and support current automations for our stakeholders
- Experience working on transformational technology initiatives
- Experience applying project management best practices and design-thinking approaches
- Experience using key performance indicators, metrics, and data/predictive analytics to support planning, decision-making and continuous improvement efforts
- Experience working with abstract concepts in innovative ways to solve problems.
- Experience with consensus building to bring together opposing views and steering debates toward practical solutions and paths forward
Requirements:
- Experience in automating processes in Applied Epic, Service Now and WorkDay with Tungsten (formerly Kofax) automation tools
- Experience with programming languages (SQL, Python, C#/.NET, VBA, JavaScript)
- Experience in designing and implementing solutions on cloud-based platforms (preferably Azure) and or other cloud technologies
- Exposure to insurance industry a plus
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree with an Information Technology emphasis strongly preferred.
- 1-2 years of intelligent automation experience within a complex IT environment
