We are seeking a skilled and motivated Developer Engineer specializing in Enterprise Content Management (ECM) to design, develop, and implement solutions that streamline content capture, storage, retrieval, and lifecycle management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ECM platforms such as Laserfiche, SharePoint, OpenText, or similar, and a strong background in system integration and process automation.

• Design, develop, and implement ECM solutions that align with business and compliance needs.
• Customize ECM platform features (workflows, forms, repositories, metadata, etc.).
• Develop and maintain integrations between ECM systems and other enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, CRM, Core Banking).
• Collaborate with business analysts and users to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) – design, code, test, deploy, and maintain.
• Monitor and optimize ECM system performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Ensure secure content access and proper user roles/permissions.
• Provide technical support and training for end-users and administrators.
• Document processes, configurations, and customizations.
• Stay updated with ECM platform updates, trends, and best practices.

• Proficiency in ECM platforms (e.g., Laserfiche, Camunda8, SharePoint, OpenText, Alfresco, Nuxeo).
• Experience with web technologies: C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS.
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, SQL, and system integration techniques.
• Knowledge of document management standards and practices (e.g., metadata, retention, classification).
• Experience with workflow automation and business process management (BPM).

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
