The “Developer, Applications” will be based in Chennai., reporting to Manager.

In this role, you will be In-charge of ensuring continuity of IT systems by providing the planning, technical business, and project coordination necessary to implement, architects, designs, builds, tests, implement, develops software and resolve technical business solutions that automate specific business processes.

What a typical day looks like:

• • Write reusable, testable, and efficient Python code.
  • Integrate user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with robust server-side logic.
  • Design and implement low-latency, high-availability, and high-performance applications.
  • Develop and optimize RESTful APIs using Python and popular frameworks such as Django or Flask.
  • Leverage your understanding of front-end basics (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS) to enhance overall application performance.
  • Solve data analytics problems, identify patterns and trends in datasets, and implement efficient data algorithms.
  • Ensure robust security and data protection in each design and implementation.
  • Conduct testing, debugging, and maintenance to guarantee smooth deployments and troubleshoot exceptions.
  • Work in tandem with teams across the business (including management) to understand and fulfill business objectives.
  • Communicate analytic results and actionable insights to relevant stakeholders.
  • Continuously update your knowledge with the latest technological trends and industry best practices.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent systems experience.

• Proficiency in server-side programming languages (Python, C#).
  • Strong core Python fundamentals and hands-on programming experience for 2-3 years
  • Experience with web frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask) and designing RESTful APIs.
  • Familiarity with Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) techniques.
  • Proficiency in front-end fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Experience with database systems (MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB) and familiarity with the ELK stack.
  • Knowledge of Python libraries like Pandas and NumPy for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Experience with code packaging, release, and deployment processes.
  • Working knowledge of version control systems such as Git and SVN.
