Dev Ops Engineers at Digital Turbine ship features that affect millions of users' mobile experiences. You will be creating cutting edge internal and external-facing tools to help analyze billions of events on millions of mobile devices. Each engineering team works with a clear mission in mind, taking accountability for every part of the system from deployment to production.

As a Dev Ops Engineer at Digital Turbine, you will be at the forefront of mobile advertising technology, leveraging your expertise to help lead our team through
exciting challenges and innovations.

About the Dev Ops Engineer:

• Develop automation and operate modern and highly available cloud infrastructure and different services fully as a Code.
• Keep infrastructure running 24/7 and participate in on-calls.
• Create automation tools and solutions for CI/CD, data pipelines and monitoring.
• Explore new technologies and provide problem solutions.
• Coordinate and collaborate with developers to remove bottlenecks.
• Keep infrastructure secure, protected and cost efficient.

About you as the Dev Ops Engineer:

• 4 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, System Administrator, or Infrastructure Engineer with strong automation background.
• Strong knowledge of Linux systems: administration, configuration, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or another major cloud provider, with ability to quickly adapt to GCP.
• Solid understanding of core cloud platform services (computer, storage, networking, IAM, etc.).
• Knowledge of cloud networking components: VPCs, subnets, VPN, peering, load balancers, DNS, CDN, routing basics.
• Understanding of global internet fundamentals, including DNS, SSL/TLS, WAF, and general network security. 
• Strong hands-on skills in configuring, securing, and troubleshooting modern OS and cloud networking.
• Solid understanding of web servers (e.g., Nginx).
• Good knowledge of Kubernetes networking: Services, Ingress, Gateway API, Network Policies; service mesh experience is a plus.
• Experience with IaC tools such as Terraform, Helm, and configuration management systems (Ansible, Chef, Puppet, or SaltStack).
• Strong scripting skills in shell and at least one programming/scripting language (Python, Ruby, Groovy, etc.).
• Experience with CI/CD platforms (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and alerting practices (Prometheus, Promql, Grafana, Open Telemetry).
• Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, Cassandra, Scylla DB, Aerospike, Big Table etc.).
• English as a working language.
