What you will do
The Detailed Scheduler is responsible for converting the medium-term supply plan into an executable short-term production schedule. This role works closely with Supply Planners, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, and Logistics teams to ensure efficient production sequencing, optimal utilization of resources, and timely fulfillment of customer demand.
The Detailed Scheduler manages day-to-day scheduling activities, monitors schedule adherence, identifies constraints, and proactively resolves operational issues to maintain production continuity and service performance.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and maintain detailed production schedules for manufacturing lines and packaging operations based on the approved supply plan.
· Sequence production orders to optimize asset utilization, minimize changeovers, and improve operational efficiency.
· Balance production capacities, labor availability, material availability, and maintenance requirements.
· Ensure schedules are aligned with inventory targets and customer service objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
· Partner with Manufacturing Operations, Quality, Procurement, Logistics, Warehouse, and Customer Service teams.
· Participate in daily production review meetings and operational planning forums.
· Communicate schedule changes and priorities effectively across stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement
· Identify opportunities to improve scheduling processes, planning parameters, and production efficiency.
· Support implementation of planning system enhancements and digital tools.
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree with a focused degree in business, supply chain, or engineering.
• A minimum of 5-6 years of professional business experience is required, preferably in one or more of the following areas: Production Planning, Manufacturing, Distribution, and/or Transportation.
• Sophisticated knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Strong SAP system knowledge
• Robust analytical and quantitative skills

• Experience demonstrating strong cross-functional business insight and ability to influence
• Successful leadership, planning management expertise, and critical thinking.
