Job DescriptionRole Overview
As an Assistant Project Manager, you will support the delivery of E&M-driven construction projects across all project phases. You will assist the Senior Project Manager in project coordination, progress monitoring and reporting throughout different project phases to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and organize documentation on digital databases, ensuring all project documents are properly documented and easily accessible.
Assist in preparing project documents, e.g. meeting agenda, minutes, progress report, presentation deck, etc.
Support the communication flow with all project team members, e.g. the client, consultant, contractor, etc.
Support the Senior Project Manager in daily project activities and site visits.
Assist in tracking project activities and deliverables to ensure timely project progression.
Identify and escalate potential risks or issues to the Senior Project Manager.
Requirements
Degree in Building Services, Electrical, Mechanical, Construction Management, Project Management or related disciplines
Experience in construction projects or E&M-driven projects is highly preferred
Min 2 years of experience in project management, project coordination or a similar role.
Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Creative, self-motivated, good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
Understanding project management methodologies and tools is a plus.
Knowledge in MS Project or Primavera P6 is a plus.
Fluency in English and Chinese (written and spoken).
