We're looking for a reliable and customer-focused Service Centre Support Analyst to join our IT team at Amberley. This is a hands-on role providing Level 1 and Level 2 desktop and infrastructure support within a large enterprise environment.
About the RoleAs part of a collaborative IT team, you'll be responsible for supporting end users, troubleshooting technical issues, managing hardware and software deployments, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing Level 1 and Level 2 technical support
- Troubleshooting desktop, laptop, mobile device and application issues
- Deploying, configuring and supporting Windows devices and hardware
- Managing mobile devices through MDM platforms
- Supporting software installations, upgrades and patching activities
- Managing incidents and requests through a ticketing system
- Assisting with infrastructure-related tasks and IT projects
- Working closely with local and international IT teams to resolve technical issues
We're looking for someone who is technically minded, enjoys problem-solving, and has a genuine passion for technology.
You may have:
- Experience in a Level 1/2 Desktop Support, Service Desk or IT Support role
- Worked in a computer retail store, PC repair shop, electronics retailer, MSP, or similar technical environment
- Recently completed an IT qualification and are looking to start your IT career
- Strong personal experience building, troubleshooting or repairing computers and devices
You'll also bring:
- Knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- A customer-first approach and excellent communication skills
- The ability to learn quickly and work effectively within established processes
- Experience with Active Directory, Exchange, SCCM, ticketing systems or MDM platforms is highly regarded but not essential
- Willingness to work onsite at Amberley
- Own reliable transport to commute to site
- Ability to obtain and maintain an Australian Government Security Clearance at NV1 level
- Australian Citizenship highly regarded
