We're looking for a reliable and customer-focused Service Centre Support Analyst to join our IT team at Amberley. This is a hands-on role providing Level 1 and Level 2 desktop and infrastructure support within a large enterprise environment.

About the Role

As part of a collaborative IT team, you'll be responsible for supporting end users, troubleshooting technical issues, managing hardware and software deployments, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing Level 1 and Level 2 technical support
  • Troubleshooting desktop, laptop, mobile device and application issues
  • Deploying, configuring and supporting Windows devices and hardware
  • Managing mobile devices through MDM platforms
  • Supporting software installations, upgrades and patching activities
  • Managing incidents and requests through a ticketing system
  • Assisting with infrastructure-related tasks and IT projects
  • Working closely with local and international IT teams to resolve technical issues
About You

We're looking for someone who is technically minded, enjoys problem-solving, and has a genuine passion for technology.

You may have:

  • Experience in a Level 1/2 Desktop Support, Service Desk or IT Support role
  • Worked in a computer retail store, PC repair shop, electronics retailer, MSP, or similar technical environment
  • Recently completed an IT qualification and are looking to start your IT career
  • Strong personal experience building, troubleshooting or repairing computers and devices

You'll also bring:

  • Knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • A customer-first approach and excellent communication skills
  • The ability to learn quickly and work effectively within established processes
  • Experience with Active Directory, Exchange, SCCM, ticketing systems or MDM platforms is highly regarded but not essential
Essential Requirements
  • Willingness to work onsite at Amberley
  • Own reliable transport to commute to site
  • Ability to obtain and maintain an Australian Government Security Clearance at NV1 level
  • Australian Citizenship highly regarded
