The Role

Provides desktop, hardware, software, networking, and user account support. Installs and troubleshoots IT equipment, maintains LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi networks, monitors connectivity, manages system updates and access permissions, maintains asset documentation, and assists with backup and recovery activities while coordinating with senior engineers.

Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.

Requirements

Basic knowledge of Computer Hardware and Operating Systems.

Understanding of Networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN).

Familiarity with routers, switches, and Wi-Fi configuration.

Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows environment.

Good communication and teamwork skills.
