We are looking for a Desktop Support Analyst to join our IT team in Birkerød. This role is focused on delivering reliable, first-line support to end users across the business, ensuring that devices, applications, and systems operate efficiently.
You will work in a modern IT environment where AI tools and automation are integrated into daily workflows, helping you resolve issues more effectively and continuously improve how support is delivered.
The role
As Desktop Support Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality end-user support while contributing to efficient and structured IT operations.
Your focus will include:
- Providing first-line technical support across devices, applications, and connectivity
- Supporting Microsoft 365 applications and user access requests
- Managing laptop deployments and hardware lifecycle using modern provisioning tools
- Handling incidents and service requests through the ticketing system, ensuring SLA adherence
- Maintaining clear documentation and contributing to knowledge sharing
You will also be expected to leverage AI assistants and automation tools to streamline tasks, improve response times, and enhance the overall support experience.
Your profile
You are early in your IT career and motivated to build strong technical foundations in a structured environment. You take a practical approach to problem-solving and are comfortable supporting users with varying levels of technical knowledge.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a basic understanding of IT support in a business environment
- Is familiar with Windows and standard workplace technologies (Microsoft 365, laptops, mobile devices)
- Communicates clearly in English (Danish is an advantage)
- Demonstrates a strong service mindset and reliability in execution
- Has an interest in automation and using AI tools to improve efficiency
