Partner with EMEA leaders and employees (UK, Germany, Denmark) to translate global people programs into local execution. Own employee lifecycle activities, HR operations, data accuracy (UKG, Deel), engagement surveys, manager forums, compliance with local employment law, and vendor partnerships. Drive process improvements and reporting to inform people strategy.
