Establishes and tests EDI connectivity for new trading partners, maintains mapping specifications and test instructions, manages partner relationships, and troubleshoots production communication errors. The role requires expertise in connectivity methods such as FTP, AS2, and VAN, familiarity with X12 and XML file formats, SOP contributions, and English communication skills. This is an onsite position in Ho Chi Minh City with day or split-shift scheduling.

Administer Windows Server, IIS, Azure, Active Directory, and Kubernetes environments across production and nonproduction systems. Respond to incidents, participate in on-call support, maintain backups and certificates, manage monitoring and alerts, and support production deployments. Validate release readiness, maintain rollback plans, document procedures, and contribute to post-incident reviews. Leads TrueCommerce’s EMEA technology operations hub and a five-person infrastructure team. Oversees regional infrastructure, network, database, site reliability, application support, incident and change management, monitoring, identity, backup, recovery, automation, vendors, budgets, and compliance. Translates global infrastructure standards into regional execution while representing EMEA priorities to global leadership. Develops talent, improves operational efficiency, and strengthens service reliability across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments.

Manages and expands strategic channel partnerships within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM ecosystem. Responsibilities include recruiting and onboarding partners, developing growth strategies, enabling partner teams, managing executive relationships, driving partner-sourced revenue, tracking KPIs and forecasts, conducting business reviews, supporting joint sales and marketing initiatives, and addressing escalations. The role requires strong sales, negotiation, relationship management, ERP, SaaS, EDI, and supply chain expertise, with travel of up to 25%.

Customer-facing role supporting and implementing a Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) solution. Provide day-to-day customer support, analyse performance to improve KPIs, coach customers, coordinate onboarding, assist sales demos, relay feedback to product development, and manage multiple priorities to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

The Implementation Consultant will configure setups, coordinate testing with partners, work with internal teams, and document requirements to ensure successful client go-live dates.

Drive architecture oversight, delivery excellence, cross-functional alignment, and people leadership across distributed teams to ensure secure, scalable, high-quality SaaS products and continuous improvement.
