Provide tier-1 and tier-2 IT support to APAC employees (remote and in-person): troubleshoot Windows hardware/software/network issues, manage onboarding/provisioning, administer local and cloud systems (CCTV, door access), maintain office IT equipment and asset inventory, coordinate with vendors and Global IT, assist on regional IT projects, and produce localized documentation and SOPs.

The Senior Client Account Manager role involves driving growth, deepening customer relationships, and using AI to enhance sales processes across Europe.
