What We’re Looking For: Desktop Support Analyst Level 1

We're seeking a tech-savvy problem solver with a knack for fixing things. If you’ve got a passion for IT challenges and helping people, this is the job for you. As a Desktop Support Analyst I, you'll be the tech wizard everyone turns to for help with IT-related issues. You'll be the hero answering phone calls, emails, plus tackle technical problems and computer hardware issues with speed and professionalism. 

And yes, you’ll be doing all this while having fun, working in a culture that’s all about teamwork, mutual respect, and making sure you feel appreciated!

The Details:

  • Location: onsite, Houston, TX 77056
  • Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00pm CST
  • Pay: $22.50/h

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Hero of the Day: Be the go-to person for unresolved issues from the Remote Shared Service Desk.
  • Tech Troubleshooter: Provide quick and effective Break/Fix support to keep everything running smoothly.
  • Office IT Guru:
    • Handle onsite printer requests like a pro.
    • Set up and troubleshoot desk equipment with ease.
  • Laptop Lifesaver:
    • Troubleshoot HP warranty issues.
    • Reconfigure and rebuild replacement computers.
    • Reset passwords and install software like a wizard.
  • Loaner Device Wrangler: Configure and ship loaner devices to save the day in emergency break/fix situations.
  • Account Maestro:
    • Create new hire accounts and emails.
    • Update accounts and permissions for transfers.
    • Manage terminations with finesse.
  • Email Extraordinaire: Handle spam filter requests to keep inboxes clean.
  • Phone Whisperer:
    • Configure corporate desktop phones.
    • Reset voicemail passwords with a smile.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in IT support or a related field.
  • Stellar troubleshooting skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
  • Top-notch communication skills and a customer service mindset.
  • Familiarity with HP warranty processes and corporate desktop phone systems is a bonus.
