We work in a hybrid mode 3+2, with a minimum of 3 days at the office (with mandatory Tuesdays and Wednesdays) and a maximum of 2 days at the home office.
The location of our office is Holandská 873/6, Brno – Štýřice, 639 00.
We employ only via an employment contract – full-time employment (HPP).
The Role
The Desktop Engineer (Intermediate Level) is responsible for the day-to-day operation, support, and troubleshooting of enterprise endpoint and identity services across Windows and macOS environments. This role focuses on maintaining reliable and secure device management and user access through modern workplace technologies, including Microsoft Intune, JAMF, MECM, Microsoft Entra ID, and Windows Autopatch. The specialist works with moderate independence, resolving incidents, supporting identity administration, and contributing to operational improvements while collaborating with senior engineers and adjacent IT teams.
What You’ll Do
- Provide day-to-day desktop and application support for internal customers in the Brno office and remote users
- Install, configure, image, and re-image company PCs, workstations, and mobile devices according to IT standards and security baselines
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across Windows, macOS (where applicable), and common SaaS and productivity tools
- Participate in on-site support activities such as new hire onboarding and hardware lifecycle (deployments/returns)
Required Skills & Experience
- Demonstrated experience in incident management and troubleshooting, with the ability to diagnose and resolve desktop-related issues efficiently in a production environment
- Solid working knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems, including configuration, support, and maintenance
- Hands-on experience with modern endpoint management tools, such as Microsoft Intune, JAMF, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM), Microsoft Entra ID, and Windows Autopatch
- Practical experience administering Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including user and group management, access control, and implementation of Conditional Access policies
Nice-to-have requirements
- Experience with AI agents configuration to improve efficiency and automate manual and non-complex tasks
- Network troubleshooting skills with knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and Cato networks
- Experience with hardware lifecycle management
- Basic Zoom Enterprise overview and troubleshooting skills
