- Provide Level 2 support for desktop, endpoint, and workplace technology platforms.
- Support Windows-based infrastructure, user devices, software deployment, and enterprise applications.
- Monitor system performance, availability, and operational health across supported environments.
- Support security initiatives including patching, vulnerability remediation, access management, and compliance activities.
- Develop and maintain automation, operational procedures, knowledge articles, and technical documentation.
- Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes to ensure service reliability.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to resolve issues and deliver technology improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2+ years of experience supporting desktop, endpoint, infrastructure, or workplace technologies.
- Experience supporting Windows environments and enterprise applications.
- Knowledge of endpoint management, software deployment, patching, and device lifecycle management.
- Experience using monitoring, ticketing, and service management tools.
- Familiarity with scripting or automation tools such as PowerShell, Bash, or similar technologies.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve technical issues independently.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach to support.
