Key Responsibilities
- Proven experience in designing homes, treehouses, or similar structures.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit is required; knowledge of Twinmotion is a plus.
- Strong architectural design abilities with a creative approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of structural engineering principles, particularly related to wood construction.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field.
- Previous experience in client-facing roles or sales-related environments.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Design & Creativity:
- Ability to create unique and functional designs for homes and treehouses.
- Strong attention to detail and visual aesthetics.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit for design and modeling.
- Familiar with Twinmotion for rendering (preferred).
- Knowledge of drafting and blueprint reading.
- Structural Basics:
- Basic understanding of structural concepts, especially in wood construction.
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
- Communication & Sales:
- Strong communication skills for presenting designs and meeting with clients.
- Ability to handle client feedback and manage relationships.
- Project Management:
- Organized and able to manage multiple projects at once.
- Strong time management skills to meet deadlines.
