What You’ll Do
You will work in a dynamic, inclusive, challenging, and inspiring environment with colleagues from all over the world. You will transform your intuition for brands and their challenges into powerful ideas - with results that truly inspire customers. Together with the team, you will use smart processes and tools (including AI) to make your packaging designs shine.
Your tasks will include:
- Developing and refining concepts together with senior designers and design directors
- Exploring and carefully working out design alternatives – from the initial approach to the final direction
- Establishing the basis for storytelling in presentations
- Creating master layouts, dielines, and artwork and efficiently rolling out variants
- Creating 3D mock-ups, e-commerce assets, and practical packaging guidelines
- Reliably taking on research, file organization, and meeting preparation
- Actively participating in feedback and creative rounds
- You present confidently, work closely with the team, and use smart workflows/AI for speed and quality
What You’ll Need
What makes you special and drives our brands forward:
- You have a bachelor's or master's degree (or equivalent qualification).
- You have around 2 years of experience in branding/design.
- You are curious, team-oriented, and enjoy learning new things.
- You have a solid creative foundation and a trained eye for detail.
- You are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Motion Design/After Effects/Cinema4D are a plus.
- You communicate clearly and present convincingly.
- You speak German and English fluently
