Position Summary
We’re looking for a Designer, Performance Marketing, to develop high-quality creative across performance marketing and lifecycle channels, driving customer engagement and acquisition. This is a hands-on role for someone eager to shape EarnIn’s visual identity, while crafting compelling, high-performing creative assets that deliver measurable results. This role is ideal for someone interested in crafting persuasive messaging and compelling, high-performing creative assets that drive engagement and conversion across digital advertising, email, push notifications, SMS, and other marketing touchpoints.
The ideal candidate is a visual storyteller with a strong strategic and analytic mindset—able to balance brand-building with data-driven, conversion-focused execution. Prior experience in tech, mobile-first brands, and high-growth startups is a plus.
This is an exciting opportunity to help scale EarnIn’s creative strategy for performance marketing and LCM while helping further develop the visual storytelling of a major fintech brand supporting individuals traditionally underrepresented in fintech.
What You’ll Do:
- Design and execute performance-driven creative assets across:
- Performance marketing: Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Display, and other paid channels.
- Lifecycle marketing (LCM): Email, push notifications, SMS, and in-app messaging.
- Translate complex product features into visually compelling narratives that engage and convert users.
- Develop data-informed creative variations, iterating based on performance insights.
- Maintain and contribute to scalable design systems for performance marketing and LCM.
- Optimize creative designs based on ad performance testing results, engagement metrics, and conversion performance.
- Collaborate with Growth, Product Marketing, and Product Design teams to ensure a seamless customer journey across channels.
- Stay ahead of trends in ad creative, motion design, and AI-powered creative optimization.
- 4-6 years of experience in performance marketing design, marketing design, or brand storytelling.
- A portfolio showcasing high-performing ad creatives and lifecycle marketing assets.
- Strong conceptual thinker with a proven ability to design for acquisition and retention.
- Experience designing for paid media (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Display) and lifecycle channels (email, push, SMS).
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and motion design tools (e.g., After Effects).
- Knowledge of AI tools for creative ideation and optimization is a plus.
- Strong collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
