We are seeking a designer to join our team in Singapore Fabric & Home Care team, designing for brands millions of people use every day! As a P&G Fabric Care Designer, you will be responsible for crafting the visual strategy, design, and execution on our brands. You will work on a range of creative assets, focused on 2D package design, and other touchpoints. You’ll collaborate with your multi-disciplinary partners to create delightful, inspired designs for products that people love to use.
What You’ll Do:
- Under direction of design lead, build concepts and develop the visual strategy across consumer touchpoints including brand identity, packaging, visual communications and digital commerce,.
- Ability to support the creation and execution of Brand Guidelines to ensure assets are applied consistently and creatively across brand touchpoints and regions
- Participates in the development and implementation of initiatives touchpoints including packaging , digital commerce, brand identity including graphic adaptations into reapplication markets.
- Participate in design brainstorms, weekly studio meetings, design reviews and print production meetings.
- Communicate conceptual and directional choices.
- Be accountable for excellent execution.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and design best practices
Job Qualifications
- 5-10 years of full-time graphic design work experience.
- BA/BS in Graphic Design or similar field.
- A portfolio that demonstrates strong Design Mastery in graphic design, package design and brand identity. Your portfolio will be assessed on creative excellence, design system thinking, brand building, storytelling, problem-solving, typography and technical mastery.
- Experience in designing for FMCG brands
- Design thinking understanding and ability to ideate solutions with the user in mind to develop scalable visual systems that can work across channels, markets and formats.
- Strong team collaboration and communication skills with ability to explain your design choices.
- Resilient & Flexible in an environment of frequent change.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of design.
- High level of capacity. Disciplined with the ability to set priorities, manage time and be accountable.
- Basic print feasibility understanding of production requirements across packaging, digital content.
- Skilled in using AI with Adobe Illustrator/InDesign and Photoshop to execute projects with excellence. Working knowledge or better of other Design software, such as After Effects, Premiere, Figma a plus.
