Responsible for Research and Design efforts in support of the team and business objectives. The primary focus will be on creating, optimizing, and consolidating Digital products into more wholistic solutions, serving both internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Design Development
- Apply advanced design principles and best practices to create visually appealing and cohesive experiences across the platform and product portfolio.
- Designs are delivered on time and as expected.
- Contribute to all stages of the design: inception through final implementation, including idea creation, workflow diagrams, and interaction design. Deliverables include wireframes, design comps, interactive prototypes, among others.
- Work closely with Product Owners and Engineers to ensure designs align with technical constraints and product goals.
- Advocate for the user experience within cross-functional teams.
User-Centric Design
- Champion user-centric design; actively participate in the creative process collaborating with cross-functional partners to propose innovative ideas and strategies.
- Create designs and improvements leveraging research, user feedback, and usability testing results.
Technical Acumen
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to understand user insights to support design decisions aimed at improving the overall user experience.
- Use AI frameworks and technology to efficiently deliver quality user-friendly designs on time.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a SaaS and Cloud based digital products
- Strong online design portfolio demonstrating success as a designer.
- Strong proficiency with design tools such as Figma
- Experience conducting user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing) and synthesizing findings.
- Knowledge of UX Design Principles, Human-Centered Design and Accessibility Standards.
- Good understanding of Web and Mobile platform design standards and guidelines.
- Proficiency with design systems and tools, including pattern libraries, repositories, and internal communication platforms.
- Strong communication, presentation and collaboration skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions to non-design stakeholders.
