Key Responsibilities: Trip Planning and Customization: Help to create custom itineraries in our system, including accommodation, bespoke experiences, car rentals, and other travel services. Vendor Relationships: Interact with vendors including hotels, guides, outfitters, and other providers to negotiate discounted rates, check availability, and secure general information when needed. Booking Management: Work with our operation team to ensure all reservations are confirmed, ensuring accuracy and adherence to budget. Problem solving: Support the Travel Design Team in preventing potential glitches and generating solutions for everyday issues. Product Development: Support our Product Development team by identifying and reporting errors in our database
Requirements
Fairly good knowledge of the United States, Canada, and the Caribbean
A strong curiosity about the world around you with an interest in cuisine, art, science, history, and the outdoors
Strong writing and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to work under pressure
Attention to detail
Comfort with budget development, and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) Comfort with Content Management Systems and reservation systems.
