Job Summary
The Instructional Designer is responsible for designing training coursework to drive employee performance. Work cross-functionally with teams and departments to research, create, and implement learning and development strategies and initiatives. Create and implement blended learning solutions, prepare course materials, observe programs and courses, and provide direction and coaching to ensure learning transfer and application in the field. This role reports to the QRA Manager in India and the Training & Continuous Improvement Director in the USA.Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Consult with business leaders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to assess training needs and learning objectives to recommend solutions.
- Use adult learning principles and concepts, instructional design theory, learning tools, and industry resources to design and develop training coursework.
- Create a course design approach that lays out the material in the correct order for appropriate understanding, comprehension, and knowledge transfer.
- Evaluate and measure instructional solutions to gauge effectiveness. Make recommendations to improve course effectiveness.
- Reinforce quality standards for learning assets created by the Learning & Development team and champion risk-taking and alternative approaches to the benefit of employees.
- Provide key input to the team and external partners of best techniques to improve sthe tickiness of content.

Skills Required
