journey, and we are looking to grow this team.
The role of Senior Instructional Designer at Mindtickle goes beyond traditional instructional design or content development. You will not only create content but also take ownership of the entire project lifecycle, including client management, storyboarding, visualization, contentdevelopment, and the delivery of learning experiences with precision and attention to detail. We take an experiential approach to learning—our programs are designed to be transformational, not just one-time or transactional.

- Ensure excellence in every deliverable by conducting thorough quality reviews and refining content based on feedback.
- Develop reusable and scalable learning solutions that accelerate project deliveries and meet evolving client needs
We’d love to hear from you, if you:
- Possess a Bachelor's degree.
- Have 2+ years of experience in Instructional Design, Curriculum
- Development, or Content Creation.
- Have experience using PowerPoint.
- Can leverage AI tools (e.g., for content ideation, asset generation,
- etc.) effectively while maintaining instructional integrity.
- Want exposure to cutting-edge instructional design trends and technologies to enhance content creation and learner engagement.
- Want to contribute to impactful learning experiences that help clients see the value of training through real-world applications.
- Have the ability to prioritize, schedule, and meet deadlines.
- Instructional Design certification is a plus.
- Experience in end-to-end content development is a plus.
- Working knowledge of Articulate 360 is good to have.
- Exposure to multiple output formats (SCORM, videos, job aids, etc.) would be an advantage.
