We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 3 to 5 years of experience to design intuitive user experiences and develop responsive web interfaces. The ideal candidate will combine strong design thinking with front-end development expertise to create visually appealing, user-centric, and high-performing web applications.
ResponsibilitiesRoles and Responsibilities:
- Design wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity user interfaces that align with product goals and user needs.
- Translate UI/UX designs into responsive, scalable, and interactive web applications.
- Develop and maintain reusable front-end components using modern frameworks and best practices.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, stakeholders, and offshore teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Work across multiple customer projects built on a common product platform, ensuring consistency and adaptability in design and development.
- Coordinate effectively with offshore teams, including accommodating some flexibility in working hours when required for collaboration.
- Conduct usability testing and implement iterative design improvements based on user feedback and analytics.
- Maintain consistency with branding guidelines and design systems across all customer implementations.
- Participate in design reviews and proactively contribute innovative ideas to enhance overall product usability and user experience.
