Our mission at FullStory is to rid the world of utterly regrettable product experiences. A crucial byproduct of that mission is to imbue our customers with a deeper empathy for the people that use their software.

Join a team of curious product people seeking to solve the most nuanced of problems, leaving nothing unquestioned or without thoughtful consideration. We go deep on the details, championing the little things that result in exceptional user experiences.

We are looking for a highly organized, systems-focused designer who both loves beautifully crafted design and the systems on which they’re built. You’ll work closely with peers across design, product and engineering, and operate with an intense focus on creating scalable solutions that remove barriers to productivity and enable us to deliver exceptional experiences at scale. In this capacity, you’ll drive healthy, sustainable, and predictable growth for the business.

Day to day, you'll:

  • Work closely with designers, product managers and engineers to deliver experiences that are intuitive, cohesive and true to our brand
  • Provide leadership and guidance to teams around using shared patterns and components, and identify gaps and opportunities to improve our current design system
  • Work closely with designers to give feedback on designs and raise the bar of design excellence.
  • Make improvement suggestions on tools and workflows.
  • Present to stakeholders, consider feedback, update as needed, and gain buy-in.
  • Maintain Figma design library and Design System documentation in ZeroHeight.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has 5+ years of experience as a product designer with 2+ years focusing the majority of their time on design systems
  • Has experience with the whole lifecycle of design systems work (e.g., driving the vision, strategy, roadmap, build, and adoption)
  • Has experience with programming languages (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  • Has a portfolio demonstrating the ability to develop a well-considered and robust Figma component library

It would be amazing if:

  • You have demonstrated understanding of information architecture, usability, UI and UX design
  • You have knowledge of best practices for developing responsive web components, with inclusivity, accessibility, and internationalization in mind
  • You’re passionate about design systems and knowledgeable about new technologies and processes within the field of design technology
  • You operate with pixel-perfect attention to detail
