Own developer-focused product marketing for Fullstory, including messaging, positioning, GTM strategy, launches, enablement, technical content, developer advocacy, and product-led growth experiments. Leads and develops a team of Strategic Customer Solutions Engineers supporting complex enterprise accounts. Owns technical health, renewal risk, expansion opportunities, executive escalations, and net revenue retention contribution. Partners with Sales leadership, builds repeatable playbooks and QBR frameworks, improves value realization, and drives adoption of AI-powered workflows. The role requires technical fluency in web and mobile technologies, data architecture, integrations, and digital experience platforms.

Advise strategic customers on digital experience analytics, conduct Fullstory-driven analyses, translate behavioral data into actionable recommendations, and deliver enablement engagements, presentations, and project plans. Build trusted customer relationships, improve data maturity and product adoption, support digital transformation, and identify expansion opportunities. Use AI tools to accelerate analysis while owning final insights and recommendations.

Own and administer enterprise IT systems, including Okta identity management, macOS MDM, Atlassian tools, endpoint compliance, and device lifecycle automation. Build and maintain Python and Bash scripts, troubleshoot provisioning and workflow issues, document processes, and integrate AI tools and MCP connectors into enterprise workflows while applying data-compliance standards.

Partner with Account Executives to deliver tailored demos, pitch decks, and business cases for commercial and enterprise customers. Lead product demonstrations, consult on analytics-driven solutions, and relay customer feedback to Product and Engineering. Build relationships with technical stakeholders and use AI tools to create customized demo environments and proposals.
