We're looking for a Design Technologist to join our Design team. This role sits at the intersection of Product Design, AI, and Product Development. You'll help shape complex product experiences while building workflows and ways of working that enable design and engineering to move faster together.
This is not a software engineering role. We're looking for a product designer with strong technical curiosity, a builder mindset, and a passion for improving how products are designed and built.
What you'll do
• Drive UX and product design for complex workflows and product areas
• Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers throughout the product development process
• Help evolve our design system and design infrastructure
• Work comfortably with code, component libraries, and engineering environments to bridge design and implementation
• Explore, define, and scale AI-powered workflows across the design team
• Evaluate new tools and approaches that improve collaboration between design and engineering
• Help the team adopt more efficient, flexible, and modern ways of working
Requirements• 5+ years of experience in Product Design, Frontend Engineering, or a combination of both
• Experience designing complex B2B products and workflows
• Strong product thinking and a track record of simplifying complex experiences
• Experience working with design systems and component-based products
• Comfortable navigating codebases, repositories, and frontend technologies without being a full-time engineer
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, or similar
• A builder mindset and a desire to improve processes, tools, and team workflows
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively across design, product, and engineering
You might be a Product Designer who learned to code. A Frontend Engineer with a strong product and UX mindset. Or someone who's spent years moving between both worlds. You're excited about AI, constantly exploring new tools and workflows, and curious about how AI is changing the way products are designed and built.
