- Lead with Purpose: Manage a dynamic portfolio of design disciplines, ensuring top-tier performance and adaptability to evolving market demands.
- Inspire Excellence: Provide technical direction and mentorship to project teams, ensuring designs meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and innovation.
- Drive Innovation: Develop and refine design standards, tools, and practices that keep us ahead of the curve.
- Empower Teams: Build and maintain a skilled, motivated, and forward-thinking workforce through strategic planning and leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in single-family and/or commercial design
- 2+ years in a supervisory or lead role
- Proficiency with Mitek software and Microsoft Office Suite
- A passion for problem-solving, collaboration, and continuous improvement
