Job Summary
As a Design Strategy Associate in the Global Private Bank Design team, you support strategic initiatives and daily operations. You foster collaboration across teams and ensure seamless communication with stakeholders. You play a key role in driving operational excellence and supporting leadership decision-making.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and executing strategic plans aligned with business goals.
- Manage daily operations, including schedules and meeting coordination.
- Act as liaison between Head of Design and stakeholders.
- Analyze data and prepare insightful reports for leadership.
- Facilitate team collaboration and integration across functions.
- Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
- Coordinate communications to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Support project management and organizational initiatives.
- Prepare clear, concise meeting content and documentation.
- Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and dynamic environments.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role within design or technology.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Design, Business Administration, or related field.
- Exhibit strong organizational and project management skills.

- Create clear, concise meeting materials and reports.
