The (Art-based) Creative Manager is responsible for translating the direction from the Line Manager/Project Owner into visual concepts, ensuring adherence to copyright laws and brand guidelines, and delivering high-quality design artworks/videos. This role involves collaborating with various teams to meet project requirements and deadlines, while maintaining the brand's visual integrity.

Job Responsibilities / Phạm vi công việc

  • Be able to understand the direction from Line Manager/Project Owner and generating ideas and presenting in a visual format
  • Ensure copyright laws are adhered to when designing with images and content and ensure the brand guideline
  • Professionally provide different design artworks with art sense and brand understanding following the requirements from marketing team, OP team, stakeholders, project owners ….
  • Provide input/ feedback about artworks and layouts to deliver the clear objective/ requirements from the brief
  • Supervise printing/videos & still shoot process from color proof testing, on site shooting, postproduction checking
  • With projects from non-marketing teams: be able to act as project lead and collaborate with related stakeholder for job requirements, job following up, development & revision of artwork till final approval 
  • With projects from marketing team: be able to share input, suggestion or solutions for job requirement and deliver work as deadline
  • And the other scopes appointed by line manager.

This role is to:

  • Understand and translate the direction from the Line Manager/Project Owner into visual concepts.
  • Ensure all designs adhere to copyright laws and brand guidelines.
  • Produce professional design artworks that meet the requirements of the marketing and operations teams.
  • Provide constructive feedback on artworks and layouts to ensure clarity and alignment with project briefs.
  • Oversee the printing, video, and still shoot processes, ensuring quality from color proof testing to postproduction.
  • Act as project lead for non-marketing team projects, collaborating with stakeholders to meet job requirements and follow up on development and revisions.
  • Share input and suggestions for marketing team projects, ensuring timely delivery of work.

  • Process Efficiency: Demonstrate efficiency in managing the design process, from concept to final production, ensuring smooth workflow and minimal delays.
  • Team Collaboration: Effectively collaborate with various teams, providing valuable input and ensuring alignment with project goals.

Job Requirements / Yêu cầu

  • Bachelor of Art, major in Graphic Design or relevant
  • At least 5 years’ graphic design employment
  • Competence in all design (visual & video) software such as AI, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Reader, Flash, (Knowing Adobe Premier Pro, and HTML CODING would be an advantage)
  • Commissioning illustration and photography and ability to provide conceptual solutions
  • A thorough working knowledge of print and preproduction
  • The ability to negotiate with all levels of staff and presentation (of creative conceptualization work)
  • Ready to be challenged with high volume of work and be able to work under high pressure
  • To be independent in working, self-organization to be smoothly in work and finish tasks as requirement
  • Details oriented.

Skills Required

  • Bachelor of Art in Graphic Design or relevant
  • At least 5 years graphic design employment
  • Competence in design software such as AI, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Reader, Flash
  • Knowledge of Adobe Premier Pro and HTML CODING is an advantage
  • Ability to negotiate with different staff levels and present creative work
