We’re seeking a seasoned Design Lead with 5+ years of experience who will shape how Redpine looks, feels, and functions across web, brand identity, and product experiences. You’ll partner closely with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams to elevate our multi-modal AI platform and help define what world-class design means for our business.

Lead end-to-end design for web and product experiences from early concept to pixel-perfect delivery.
Define visual systems and brand guidelines that scale across marketing, product interfaces, and ecosystem touch points.
Collaborate closely with product and engineering to translate user needs into elegant UI/UX solutions.
Advocate for user-centered design through research, prototyping, and iterative feedback loops.
Strengthen Redpine’s visual language, ensuring consistency across digital properties and partner interactions.
Help establish best-in-class design processes as the team and product evolve.
Foster a culture of design excellence across the company.
5+ years of professional design experience spanning web, product interface, and brand/visual identity work.
Strong portfolio demonstrating thoughtful UX, visual design, and product thinking.
Expertise in design tools such as Figma (or equivalent), and the ability to work closely with engineers on implementation.
