Designer, Brand & Product

We are looking for a seasoned designer with experience from the startup world to own how Redpine looks, feels, and functions everywhere it shows up: website, product interfaces, user-facing apps, social, and customer communication. You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, and GTM to define what world-class design means for a company building the licensed knowledge layer for AI.

• Own the Redpine brand end to end: web, product UI, social, customer communication, and every partner-facing surface.

• Design in code, not just in Figma. You use AI coding tools daily from idea to prototypes.

• Ensure one coherent experience across touch points.

• Create design from early concept to shipped product, across marketing, web, and in-app experiences.

• Define and evolve the visual system and brand guidelines so they scale cleanly as the product and team grow.

• Work directly with engineers to get design into production.

• Set the design process and craft bar for the company as the team grows around you.

• 3+ years of professional design experience across web, product UI, and brand or visual identity from fast moving companies, ideally in tech.

• A portfolio that shows real UX thinking, strong visual craft, and product judgment.

• Fluency in Figma or equivalent, plus the ability to prototype in code. You should be comfortable using AI coding tools (Claude, Cursor, Codex or similar) to build functional prototypes yourself.

• An AI-native way of working. You treat AI as leverage on your craft.

• The judgment to know when pixel-perfect matters and when shipped is better than perfect.

• Experience in building or evolving a design system and a brand's visual language.

• Clear communication and a genuine growth mindset.

• Nice to have: 3D and animation for landing page hero pieces, data visualization craft, front-end fluency beyond prototyping (React, Tailwind), or design ops and tooling experience.

You will build the design foundation for an API-driven company creating trust in the field of data. This is not a branding-only seat. You own how Redpine looks and works across web, product, and every partner-facing surface, at the moment the company is defining what it is.

• Based at Redpine HQ in central Stockholm. Office-first, with real autonomy for deep-work days and life admin.

• Requires a valid Swedish work permit or similar eligibility. Relocation support available.

If models were the first wave of AI, and compute the second, we are building the data layer that comes next. Only a small fraction of the world's data is on the open internet. The rest, high-quality, domain-specific, often critical, sits behind paywalls, in databases, or with rights holders. Redpine is building the infrastructure to unlock it.

We provide AI builders and autonomous agents with access to licensed, high-quality, multimodal data through a unified platform and API. The goal is simple: make AI systems more accurate, more useful, and grounded in real-world information.

You will work closely with the founding team, including Anders (ex-partner at VC, McKinsey) and David (ex-tech and product leader at Spotify, Zettle, and Lunar). We are backed by Nordic Ninja, Node VC, and Luminar, alongside angels from OpenAI, Spotify, and Perplexity.
