About the role
As an Intern for Design Engineering, you will be collaborating actively with Design Engineers, Mentors, and the cross-functional team in defining part, assembly, and product specifications and requirements through deliberate planning, and creative design of solutions to technical challenges. Through this process, you will be undergoing a series of iterations in building and testing your concepts and analysing test data to gain meaningful results.
Most importantly, you will be expected to communicate and review your results to stakeholders to drive key decisions and advance the project towards milestone success.

About you
Our internship roles are competitive and you will be the first for Design Engineering under Beauty Category in Dyson PH. Ideally, you are:

Working towards a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Science discipline or equivalent.

Knowledgeable in Engineering Mechanics, Thermodynamics, Heat Transfer, and Kinematics, and capable in performing hand calculations and analyses from these topics.

Proficient in Computer-aided Design tools. Familiarity with Computer-aided Engineering tools is an advantage.

Knowledgeable in Engineering Drawing Standards and capable in interpreting other relevant documents.

Knowledgeable in different prototyping processes and capable in prototyping by hand using various hand and workshop tools and equipment.

Creative and has a deliberate approach to problem solving, following clear and structured processes.

Collaborative and capable working in a team while having the ability to self-initiate and be proactive.

Active communicator and capable in communicating clearly both in verbal and written communication.

Proficient in the M365 suite.
Please note that this role is for full-time onsite internship in Calamba, Laguna, from May to August 2025.
