- Create work job descriptions for existing and incoming equipment and process
- Create and implement manufacturing and quality control processes.
- Communicate company goals, objectives, and philosophies to the workforce.
- Photograph, document, and communicate quality issues, manufacturing processes, and rebuild activities.
- Assist senior engineers and other local department leaders with various improvement projects.
- Organize, analyze, and summarize data.
- Assist with the development of new processes and products for customer applications.
- Performs detailed root cause analysis with practical problem-solving skills and implements corrective actions.
- Supports product and manufacturing transfers and restructuring projects.
- Supports Continuous Improvement (CI) projects and Kaizen events to improve efficiency.
- Develops and presents technical trainings (internal and external) as needed.
- Assist local departments in the review of new part customer orders with the support of worldwide technical teams.
- Assist with inspection and analysis of products returned for evaluation. Prepare notes detailing inspection results.
- Follow Regal Rexnord Ethics and Safety Programs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
