In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Work closely with the upfront marketing engineer to define new product needs
- Develop innovative design concepts employing the latest design and manufacturing technology as applicable
- Perform and document engineering design calculations and analysis using computer-aided tools
- Generate product technical specifications, technical assessment plans, and test plans
- Build design documentation, specifications, and procedures; check and approve design drawings
- Collaborate with the CAD team to build detailed 2D/3D drawings
- Collaborate with suppliers to produce engineering prototypes
- Work with manufacturing, quality and operations teams to place new product designs into production
- Follow through with verification and implementation of design concepts into production
- Collaborate with global product engineers to support product launch and lifecycle development
- Investigate and apply relevant industry standards to new product development
- Support the long-term vision and management of the business unit’s product portfolio
- Assist with project management and other project activities as assigned

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor or above in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering or related
- Familiarity with MS Office software, computer-aided design, with working knowledge of SolidWorks or equivalent 3D CAD software
- Effective written and verbal English communication skills
- Good communication, strategically thinking, decision making, interpersonal skills, and problem-solving skills with Engineering common sense
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Design working experience in valves, process control industry, or similar backgrounds is preferred.
- Familiar with mechanical design, or product or program and good knowledge on control valve
- Advanced SolidWorks modeling and simulation experience
