Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Design Engineer, Instrumentation & Controls who is highly motivated to join our team. The successful candidate should have experience in executing projects for the Lifesciences/Food & Beverage/FMCG/Advanced tech industries with the highest level of quality, cost effectiveness, and a focus on safety. The successful candidate will work with licensed engineers and other experienced designers to develop instrument & Control drawings and deliverables. The candidate must have excellent communication skills and be able to work with other engineering disciplines, sometimes across multiple offices.
Education:
Bachelor of Engineering or Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation.
Responsibilities:
Instrumentation and control system engineering design for industrial, manufacturing, and utilities projects.
Preparation of Hook-up & Installation drawings.
Preparation of Wiring & loop sheets, Instrument lists, I/O lists, JB & Panel location layouts.
Preparation of Cable Schedule, Cable Tray sizing & loading schedule.
Preparation of Cable routing, Cable Tray & Conduit layout, Grounding layout & support drawings.
Preparation of BOM & Bulk MTOs.
Responsible for instrumentation design on multi-discipline engineering projects.
Requirements:
4+ years of experience in the engineering in I&C/Electrical design.
Good Experience with REVIT (Project setup, Conduit/Tray routing, REVIT Family creation, LOD 400) is essential.
Experience in AutoCAD with detailed understanding of Drafting and Design standards is essential.
Basic understanding of Instrumentation design concepts & Deliverables.
Experience in SPI /InTools desirable.
Conversant with International codes and Standards
Proven ability to meet client deadlines.
