Your role:
Perform code review to the team to ensure that development quality standards are maintained and that the resulting codes are of great functionality;
Participate in technical discussions to create high-quality, high-performance software;
Implement and encourage best technical practices;
Ensuring a high level of software quality by following standards, writing unit tests and automating as many tests as possible before delivery;
Provide coaching and technical guidance to junior teammates
You're the right fit if:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science
Advanced English - daily interaction with USA team
Understanding of server/client base application and environment.
Experience with highly critical real-time large-scale distributed client-server applications (preferably medical).
Experience with Windows applications
C# and .NET experience
Experience with CITRIX and Terminal Servers.
Experience with SQL - Structured Query Language;
Experience with Agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban and/or SAFe);
Experience with Azure DevOps (former TFS - Team Foundation Server);
Experience implementing corporate network solutions in the healthcare sector will be considered a plus.
