Job Responsibilities:
O que você vai fazer por aqui:• Conduzir processos de atração e seleção alinhados à cultura e às competências da empresa;• Planejar e aplicar treinamentos, fortalecendo o desenvolvimento dos times;• Apoiar na análise de desligamentos, contribuindo com ações de melhoria contínua;• Participar de projetos de Diversidade & Inclusão e Cultura Organizacional;• Apoiar as certificações (ISO, IATF, Mafact) e os programas internos da unidade;• Acompanhar programas de estágio, aprendizes e PCDs;• Garantir a atualização dos sistemas de RH e indicadores da área;• Ser referência para colaboradores e líderes em temas relacionados a RH, comunicação e engajamento.
O que esperamos de você:• Formação em Psicologia, Administração, Gestão de RH ou áreas afins;• Experiência generalista na área de Recursos Humanos;• Vivência com Recrutamento & Seleção e Treinamento & Desenvolvimento;• Boa comunicação, empatia e iniciativa para propor melhorias;• Desejável conhecimento em planos de cargos e salários e sistemas de RH (como Workday).
