The Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Derivatives Operations Specialist join our team. The selected candidate will handle many of the day-to-day operational responsibilities for the firm supporting our clients and our risk solutions and rates hedging sales teams.
What You’ll Do
- Primary point of contact/first response for both client and internal operations-related inquiries
- Interest Rate Derivatives (IRD) and FX new trade validation, IRD, FX and Commodity Derivatives GTR Reporting, IRD Confirmation generation and delivery
- IRD Reset Notice generation and delivery, IRD and FX End of Day processing, IRD Month end processing including generation and delivery of numerous client reports
- DerivativeEDGE System Entity/Users setup & distribution lists
- Legal Entity Identifier registration, renewal, and client inquiry support
- Pre-trade compliance documentation support and generation
- Internal KYC gathering and support for eventual sign-off by our internal compliance team
- Counterparty/Documentation Tracking & Maintenance
- IRD and FX DTCC onboarding/account set up
- IRD Legacy portfolio onboarding
- 5+ years of professional development experience
- B.S Degree in Finance or related discipline
- Experience with interest rate derivatives, FX, and compliance KYC tasks
- Impeccable attention to detail and consistent accuracy
- Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written, including proactive customer service skills
- Ability to work independently, adapt, and complete tasks with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
- Must be willing to work on a night shift schedule (9:00 PM to 6:00 AM Manila Time)
