Job Description

The Depot Co-Ordinator role is responsible for a wide variety of depot-based tasks, supporting the sales and delivery of fuel and lubricants to our customers in Nth WA (East Kimberley). This role will be pivotal to driving operational efficiency through a number of tasks including timely customer invoicing, coordination of depot resources coordination, stock balancing, customer engagement and Sales.

Whilst the successful applicant doesn’t need fuel industry experience, it is expected that they have strong communication and organisation skills and a willingness to learn.  The successful candidate will need to be an enthusiastic team player who has delivered strong results in a similar operational role.

This is a great opportunity for someone to learn about the fuel industry from the ground up, in a supportive and professional fuel-based business, where your can-do attitude will see you succeed.

Your responsibilities will be to provide general depot duties and administration duties, including:

  • Manage inbound customer enquiries providing price quotes and ordering via phone, email and over the counter. Maintain high standards of customer service and address any customer concerns effectively
  • In market sales activity. Develop strong customer relationships with existing customers while identifying new opportunities to grow the depot’s customer base and sales
  • Depot Stock Control including Stock reconciliation, invoicing and managing site fuel
  • Day-to-day operations including, depot inspections, depot dips, vehicle inspections
  • Focal point for accuracy in our In-house systems, including ERP.
  • Collaborate with Senior Leaders to improve depot processes, including streamlining and standardising stocks and procedures across all locations

This is a muti faceted position within the team, the ideal person will have a thirst to learn all aspects of a busy and growing fuel business, bringing with them an eye for administration and an ability to solve problems.
