About the Role
Are you passionate about shaping deposit products that meet evolving customer needs while driving business growth? We're looking for a strategic, data-driven Deposits Product Manager to join our Commercial Services Team. In this role, you'll own the end-to-end lifecycle of our deposit portfolio—including business and commercial checking, savings, money market, and sweeps products. As a key cross-functional leader, you’ll collaborate across departments to develop innovative solutions, enhance customer experiences, and ensure our products remain competitive and compliant in a dynamic market.
What You’ll Do
Product Strategy & Development
Own and manage the roadmap and lifecycle of deposit products.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies to identify new opportunities.
Lead the design, development, and launch of new deposit products and enhancements.
Pricing & Profitability
Develop and manage pricing strategies that drive growth and profitability.
Collaborate with Finance and Treasury to monitor product margins, rate setting, and balance targets.
Leverage data and analytics to assess product performance and recommend changes.
Sales Enablement & Customer Experience
Support frontline teams with training, product guides, and marketing tools.
Partner with internal teams to simplify the customer journey across digital and in-person channels.
Champion efforts to enhance onboarding, servicing, and account management experiences.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Partner with Operations, IT, Compliance, Risk, Legal, Sales, Marketing and Training to implement product changes and regulatory updates.
Lead or support initiatives involving digital innovation, systems integration, and process improvements supporting deposit products.
Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure deposit products adhere to all applicable laws and banking regulations.
Work closely with Compliance and Legal to support audits and risk reviews.
What We’re Looking For
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field; MBA a plus.
5+ years of experience in banking or financial services.
Minimum 2 years in product management, product strategy, or a related role.
Experience managing deposit products (retail or commercial) is highly preferred.
Skills & Competencies
Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with financial and customer data.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives.
Working knowledge of banking compliance and regulatory requirements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with data tools like Tableau, PowerBI or SQL is a plus.
