POSITION SUMMARY:
To deposit dough into feed hoppers where product is made.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Set-up appropriate die in the depositor & operate in safe and efficient manner.
- Makes adjustments to depositor machine.
- Cuts sections from mother dough and deposits into feed hopper.
- Rolls empty dough table to mixer to receive new batch of dough.
- Reads shop report, follows procedures, and documents information for production records.
- Tends depositor machine at all times.
- Report any food safety or quality problems to personnel with authority to initiate action.
- Follows J&J Snack Food’s Food Safety Plan (FSP), the Safe Quality Food (SQF) Program, the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and the Good Documentation Practices (GDPs).
- Follows all OSHA safety rules and all food safety laws and regulations.
- Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
1.Education and training: Prefer High School diploma or GED.
2.Job-related experience: Prefer minimum 6 month’s experience working in food processing or manufacturing environment.
3.Technical knowledge and skills:
- Must be able to speak, read & write basic English.
- Must be able to do basic arithmetic.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
