The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for managing existing accounts, prospecting new business, and achieving sales goals within the defined territory. This includes building customer relationships and supporting franchisees.

Palletize finished goods from production, report case counts, maintain food quality and safety, follow OSHA/FSP/SQF/GMP/GDP and food safety laws, report issues to QA/Plant/GM, perform basic arithmetic, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Inspect, close, code and prepare product cases for palletizing and shipment. Verify lot codes, case counts, pallet tags, and record completion. Follow food safety, quality, OSHA and company procedures while performing physical tasks and ongoing required training.

The Director of Distributor Sales leads sales strategies, manages relationships with distributors, and collaborates cross-functionally to achieve sales goals.

The Market Manager will manage sales and relationships with Distributor customers, developing strategies for growth, achieving sales targets, and overseeing customer collaborations.

Lead general ledger and month-end close activities, prepare journal entries and reconciliations, support SEC filings and audits, ensure GAAP and SOX compliance, perform technical accounting research, analyze variances, and drive process improvements across the Finance team.

The Process Engineering Lead oversees bakery operations, leading process design, commercialization, and continuous improvement efforts to optimize product quality and efficiency.
