Lead plant-level finance including month-end close, cost accounting, inventory valuation, budgeting/forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting. Partner with operations on cost control, SOX compliance, audits, and ERP-based financial analysis to support plant performance and decision-making.

Prepare finished product for shipment by inspecting, coding, closing, and palletizing cases; verify skids, apply skid tags, shrink wrap, and follow food safety, quality, and safety procedures.

Operate and tend depositor machine: set up dies, deposit dough into feed hoppers, move dough tables, follow production records and food safety/GMP/SQF procedures, report quality issues, and perform related tasks.

Lead plant HR functions including hiring, onboarding, payroll, compliance (FLSA, FMLA, HIPAA, EEOC, ADA), employee relations, investigations, performance management, policy development, and supervising the HR team.
