What you’ll do:
As a Deposit Operations Administrator, you will play a crucial role in working with front-line team members and helping them assist with any questions their customers have. You are their guide to having a successful and smooth relationship with our customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing new account relationships, ensuring accuracy of documents, assisting with providing accurate account opening information to our front-line team members.
- Owning Deposit Operations daily tasks, such as reviewing reporting and processes, which are constantly changing and adapting based on new client onboarding and new banking regulations.
- Continuously improving processes and procedures to enhance the client experience.
- Collaborating with the Deposit Operations team on various projects to drive innovation and efficiency.
- Writing and updating procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy in operations.
- Providing exceptional service to clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
What do you need?
- Banking Experience: At least 5 years of experience in back-office banking operations or in a branch setting, specifically a platform role.
- Adaptability: The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
- Growth Mindset: A willingness to learn, grow, and work collaboratively with a team. Ability to solve problems and obtain root problem causes.
- Positive Attitude: A can-do attitude and the ability to approach challenges with positivity and resilience
- Flexibility: The ability to work outside of normal business hours as needed.
Technology Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and Word.
- Experience with Salesforce is preferred but not required.
- Experience with FIS applications are preferred but not required.
