Job Description

  • Deposit Acquisition & Growth: Actively source and acquire new customers for deposit products (savings, fixed deposits).

  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with new and existing clients to encourage loyalty and long-term deposits.

  • Market Research & Analysis: Identify target market segments and track competitor deposit products.

  • Product Knowledge & Education: Stay informed about the company’s deposit offerings and educate clients.

  • Reporting & Compliance: Provide regular performance reports and ensure compliance with company policies.

  • Cross-Selling: Promote additional products to customers and identify opportunities to upsell deposits.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Educational Qualification: OND in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.

  • Experience:

    • Minimum 1-2 years in sales, customer service, or banking.

    • Previous experience in deposit mobilization or handling customer accounts is an advantage.

  • Skills:

  • Strong sales & marketing skills to acquire new customers.

    • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

    • Customer service skills for relationship building.

    • Strong attention to detail in account management.

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic CRM tools.

  • Personal Attributes:

    • Goal-oriented and able to meet targets.

    • Self-motivated and proactive.

    • Strong problem-solving skills to address customer concerns.

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
