About the role
As a Deployment Operations Specialist at Halter, you will be at the forefront of the initial part of a new Halter Customer’s Journey, assisting them to get their property and hardware all set up for success. Reporting to the US Customer Onboarding Lead, you will be responsible for the operations of deploying our newest US Ranchers, who will be based right across the country.
You will be directly responsible for delivering the highest quality deployment experience to our ranchers. You will work closely with a diverse range of stakeholders; not only our customers, but also our sales team, and multiple cross-functional teams based in the Halter HQ in Auckland, New Zealand.
We are looking for someone who is comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where they will be challenged daily and encouraged to think outside the box to create more efficient and scalable processes. As we begin to scale in this new market, we need someone who is comfortable with the ambiguity that may come with rapid growth. To succeed, you must learn quickly, have excellent verbal and written communication skills and work well under pressure and tight deadlines.
Compensation: $60K/yr - $70K/yr.
What We Do
We bridge deep tech into farming. Halter enables farmers to remotely shift, virtually fence and proactively monitor their cows’ health and behaviour. Can you imagine watching 500 cows or cattle walk calmly towards the milking shed or their next break? No quad bikes, no dogs, no fences. Just a mob of cows walking at their own pace. People say it looks like magic. Our customers are revolutionising farming with Halter. It's changing lives and transforming an industry.
Why Work With Us
